Handheld Chronograph
Description
Know your speed before the ref tells you. The HK Army Handheld Chronograph is a pocket-size radar chrono that gives you an instant FPS reading anywhere: in the pit, between games, or at the bench after a rebuild.
Why check your own velocity?
Your marker's speed doesn't stay put. Temperature, a new barrel, different paint, a fresh regulator rebuild, or a tank swap can all move your FPS. Checking it yourself means you show up to the field chrono already in range instead of adjusting while your team waits.
How it works
Hold it by your marker, fire one shot, and read the FPS on the screen. No tripod, no setup.
Features
- Compact radar chronograph designed to quickly measure paintball velocity
- Instant FPS reading on the built-in LCD screen
- Reads paintball speeds from 150–450 FPS with approximately 2% accuracy
- Durable outer housing helps protect the electronics from dirt, dust, and moisture
- Lightweight, pocket-sized design: 2.5" x 1.19" x 3.5", under 3 oz
Good to know
The field's chronograph is always the official reading. Because readings can vary by about 2%, set your marker a few FPS under the field limit to give yourself room. Most fields cap velocity around 280–300 FPS; check yours before you play.
